Who we are
About PalletCove Liquidation
We buy what big retailers no longer want to hold, and we sell it to the people who know exactly what to do with it.
Our story
Built on the dock, not in a boardroom
PalletCove started the way most of our customers started — one person, one truck, and a hunch that the inventory retailers wanted gone was worth far more than they were asking for it. A decade later the trucks are bigger and the warehouse is louder, but the model hasn't changed.
We partner with top retailers across the United States and source directly, which is how we keep pricing competitive without cutting corners on what's actually inside a load. Customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls and closeouts come through our Dallas, Texas facility every week, get sorted by category and condition, and go straight back out to resellers.
Our buyers are people who run bin stores, flea market booths, online storefronts, discount retail chains and export operations. Some take a single pallet a month. Some take four trailers a week. Both get the same phone number and the same honest description of what they're buying.

How we operate
Straight answers
We tell you what's in a load and what isn't. Nobody builds a business on surprises.
Volume, handled
Full trailers in and out of our dock every week, with freight coordinated end to end.
Resale-first pricing
Every load is priced so there is real margin left for the person reselling it.
A real address
You can walk our Dallas, Texas floor, inspect a load and shake a hand before you buy.
Standards
How we keep this a legitimate, boring transaction
Liquidation should not feel like a gamble on a stranger. These are the standards we hold ourselves to on every load.
Written grading standard
Customer return, overstock, shelf-pull and salvage each have a defined meaning published on our listings and applied consistently by the sorting floor.
Documentation on every order
Itemised invoice, bill of lading, carrier and PRO number, plus manifests where the source supplies them.
Clean tax handling
Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit on file — resale certificates accepted for tax-exempt purchasing.
Insured outbound freight
Warehouse and cargo liability coverage on every outbound shipment.
Certified downstream recycling
Non-sellable electronics are routed to certified recyclers rather than resold as working units or landfilled.
Buyer vetting
We sell business-to-business. Accounts are verified before truckload purchasing so both sides know who they are dealing with.
