Warranty Policy

Effective January 1, 2026. What we guarantee on liquidation inventory — and what is sold as-is.

Liquidation goods are sold as-is

Customer returns, overstock, shelf-pull and salvage inventory is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults. Except for the guarantees stated below and any rights you have under applicable law, PalletCove Liquidation LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Individual units may be untested, incomplete, missing packaging or accessories, damaged, or non-functional. Working-condition percentages are estimates based on category history, not promises for any specific pallet.

Accurate condition grade

Every load is graded and photographed before sale. If the grade delivered is materially lower than sold, we make it right.

Manifest accuracy

Manifested loads ship within the stated unit-count and retail-value tolerance disclosed on the listing.

Secure, insured transit

Loads ship shrink-wrapped and banded with cargo insurance on every shipment we arrange.

Verified sourcing

All inventory is sourced from authorized retailer and manufacturer liquidation channels with documentation on file.

Manufacturer warranties

Where an item carries an unexpired manufacturer warranty, that warranty runs directly between you (or your end customer) and the manufacturer. We do not extend, administer or fund manufacturer warranties, and many manufacturers void coverage on goods bought through liquidation channels or without an original retail receipt. Confirm coverage with the manufacturer before advertising a warranty to your own customers.

What you must not claim downstream

  • Do not resell as-is liquidation goods as "new in box" unless the unit genuinely is.
  • Do not represent PalletCove, the original retailer or the brand owner as warranting the item.
  • Test electrical, gas-powered and safety-critical items before resale, and never resell recalled goods — check the CPSC recall list.

Exceptions and non-warrantable items

Salvage-grade loads, "as-is untested" lots, mixed-return pallets and anything labeled scrap or for-parts carry no functionality guarantee of any kind and are final sale.

How to raise a warranty or grading issue

Report grading or manifest discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the sealed load, the BOL and the affected units. Remedies are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy, and our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected load as set out in the Terms of Service.
