Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every load ships insured, tracked and documented from our Dallas dock to all 48 contiguous states.

Where we ship

We deliver to all 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and export shipments are quoted case by case to a port or freight forwarder of your choosing. Local pickup is available at 4820 Cove Industrial Blvd, Dallas, TX 75236 by appointment.

Freight costs

Freight is quoted separately from product price and is based on destination ZIP, pallet count, weight, class and accessorial services. Our logistics desk returns a quote within one business day of your order or request, and no load dispatches until you approve the freight cost in writing.

Handling time begins when payment clears and freight is approved. Transit estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, carrier capacity and terminal congestion.

Delivery requirements

  • Dock or forklift. Truckloads and multi-pallet orders require a loading dock or a forklift on site. Drivers do not unload freight by hand.
  • Liftgate service. Available for single pallets and small LTL orders at an additional charge. Request it at checkout — adding it after dispatch triggers a redelivery fee.
  • Residential delivery. Possible for single pallets with liftgate and appointment service. Surcharges apply.
  • Appointment. Most LTL carriers call to schedule a delivery window. Keep the phone number on your order current.

Tracking and documentation

On dispatch you receive an itemised invoice, bill of lading, carrier name and PRO number by email, and the same documents appear in your buyer portal under Documents.

Inspection at delivery

Count the pallets and inspect the wrap before signing. Note any shortage or visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. Signing a clean receipt severely limits what can be recovered from the carrier.

Failed delivery, storage and detention

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is present, the site cannot receive freight, or equipment is unavailable, the carrier may charge redelivery, storage or detention. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged or lost shipments

Shipments move under cargo coverage. Warehouse and cargo liability coverage on every outbound shipment. We file and manage carrier claims on your behalf; see the Return Policy for the claims process and timelines.
