The mechanics
What a truckload purchase involves
A truckload is a full 53' trailer of liquidation merchandise — typically 16 to 26 pallets on heavier categories and up to 48 pallets on standard general merchandise. You buy the trailer as one lot, mixed condition included, which is why the cost per pallet is lower than buying pallets individually.
Loads are received at our Dallas, Texas warehouse, counted against the supplier manifest and graded before they are listed. The listing publishes the category mix, condition grade, pallet count and approximate weight so you can plan unloading and storage before you order.
What is guaranteed
The load type, condition grade, pallet count and delivery rate stated on your order, all confirmed by a representative before payment is collected, with a bill of lading and tracking issued on dispatch.
What is not guaranteed
Specific items, brands or sizes within the load, and the working condition of individual units. Nothing is function-tested, everything is sold as-is with no manufacturer or retailer warranty, and we publish no projections about resale income.

Step by step
From listing to unloaded trailer
Six stages, in the order they happen. Nothing is collected before a representative confirms the order with you.
1. Choose the load and read it in full
Each truckload listing states the category mix, condition grade, pallet count, approximate weight and whether a supplier manifest is included. That listing is the binding description of what you are buying.
2. Inspect or ask questions first
Trailer buyers are welcome to inspect a staged load at our Dallas warehouse by appointment before paying. Call ahead and we will have it on the floor when you arrive.
3. Choose full truckload delivery or your own carrier
Full truckload delivery is a published flat rate on a dedicated 53' trailer. You may also arrange your own carrier — tell us before purchase and we will palletise, wrap and stage the load for your driver at no freight charge.
4. Confirm with a representative, then pay
A representative calls after your order — usually within about 30 minutes during business hours — to confirm the load, the delivery method and the final total. Payment instructions are issued only after that confirmation.
5. Handling, paperwork and dispatch
Handling is 3 business days after payment clears. The trailer is loaded, sealed and released with a bill of lading, and delivery appointments are scheduled with your site.
6. Receive and document
Count pallets against the bill of lading and note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Shortage and damage claims follow our refund and shipping policies within the stated window.
How buying works
From manifest to loading dock in four documented steps
A wholesale liquidation purchase should read like a freight contract, not a gamble. Here is exactly what happens after you choose a load.
1. Review the manifest and load detail
Every pallet and truckload lists condition grade, unit count, category mix and estimated retail value before you commit. Ask our desk for the line-level manifest on any load.
2. Reserve your load and receive an invoice
Checkout places the load on hold in your name and generates a formal invoice from PalletCove Liquidation LLC. Nothing is charged automatically and a representative confirms freight in writing.
3. Pay by card, ACH or bank wire
Card payments run on our processor's encrypted PCI-DSS page. Wires initiated before 2:00 PM CT clear the same business day, and resale certificates on file are invoiced tax-exempt.
4. We load, seal and dispatch with a BOL
Loads ship in 3 business days after payment clears, with a bill of lading and tracking issued the day the trailer leaves our dock.
Before you buy a trailer, have these four things
Trailer volume is unforgiving if the receiving side is not ready. Check all four honestly.

Unloading capability
A 53' trailer needs a dock or a forklift, plus roughly two to four hours of labour. Shipping is free, but confirm your site can unload a full trailer before ordering.

Storage space
Two dozen pallets need roughly 1,000 square feet of clear floor to stage before sorting starts. Plan the space first, not after the trailer arrives.

Working capital
Budget for the load, the freight and your own labour. We do not offer financing and we make no projection about how quickly a load returns cash.

A sales channel
Know where the volume goes — storefront, bins, marketplace or export — before the trailer is dispatched. Trailer volume is difficult to place after the fact.

Truckload questions, answered directly
Do I need a dock or forklift for a truckload?
Yes. Free truckload delivery arrives on a dedicated 53' trailer, so your site needs a dock or a forklift and labour to unload. If you cannot unload a trailer, buy pallets instead — those ship free with the driver lowering each pallet for you.
Is the merchandise tested or refurbished before it ships?
No. Loads are counted and graded at our Dallas warehouse, but individual units are not function-tested, repaired or refurbished. All merchandise is sold as-is with no manufacturer or retailer warranty.
Can I inspect a truckload before paying?

How much is freight on a full trailer?
Full truckload delivery is a published flat rate shown at checkout and confirmed by a representative before payment. You may also collect from our dock or send your own carrier at no freight charge.
Are the retail values on a truckload manifest guaranteed?
No. Manifest retail values are supplier-stated reference figures used to compare loads. They are not appraisals, not a valuation of the goods you receive, and not a forecast of resale prices.
Do you promise a return on a truckload purchase?
No. PalletCove Liquidation LLC makes no claim, projection or promise about profit or resale income on any load. Results depend on your market, your pricing and your own labour.
