Categories describe the mix, listings govern the sale

We group inventory into categories so you can find the kind of merchandise you resell. A category name tells you the general mix and the usual condition — it is not a promise about specific items, brands or sizes. The individual listing is the binding description: it states the load type, condition grade, pallet count, weight and whether a supplier manifest is included.

All liquidation merchandise is sold as-is, with no manufacturer or retailer warranty, and units are not function-tested. Where a load has no manifest, the listing says so and describes the category mix instead. We do not sell mystery boxes and we make no claims about resale income.

Truckloads are the lowest cost per pallet we offer because the trailer moves as one shipment, but they need somewhere to unload and store the volume. Read the listing, not the category name

Every listing states the load type, condition grade, pallet count and whether a manifest is included. Those details govern the sale — the category page is only a starting point.

Assume as-is condition

Liquidation merchandise carries no manufacturer or retailer warranty and is not function-tested. Some units in a returns pallet will not work, and pricing already reflects that.

Check quantities and dimensions

Piece counts, pallet counts and wrapped height are listed so you can plan unloading and storage. We do not guarantee specific items, brands or sizes inside a lot.

Pick a delivery option that fits your site

Shipping is free on every order. If you have no dock or forklift, the driver lowers each pallet to ground level for you at no charge.

How buying works

From manifest to loading dock in four documented steps

A wholesale liquidation purchase should read like a freight contract, not a gamble. Here is exactly what happens after you choose a load.

1. Review the manifest and load detail

Every pallet and truckload lists condition grade, unit count, category mix and estimated retail value before you commit. Ask our desk for the line-level manifest on any load.

2. Reserve your load and receive an invoice

Checkout places the load on hold in your name and generates a formal invoice from PalletCove Liquidation LLC. Nothing is charged automatically and a representative confirms freight in writing.

3. Pay by card, ACH or bank wire

Card payments run on our processor's encrypted PCI-DSS page. Wires initiated before 2:00 PM CT clear the same business day, and resale certificates on file are invoiced tax-exempt.

4. We load, seal and dispatch with a BOL

Loads ship in 3 business days after payment clears, with a bill of lading and tracking issued the day the trailer leaves our dock.

Do you sell pallets on behalf of the retailers you name?

No. PalletCove Liquidation LLC is an independent liquidation reseller. Retailer and brand names describe where inventory originally came from and imply no affiliation, authorisation, sponsorship or endorsement by those companies.

What is the difference between a manifested and an unmanifested pallet?

A manifested pallet ships with an itemized list of units and retail references. An unmanifested pallet is described by category, condition grade and pallet count only. All current PalletCove listings are unmanifested at the item level: each includes a downloadable lot-summary manifest stating load type, condition, pallet count and price, but not exact contents.

Are the retail values on a manifest guaranteed?

No. Manifest retail values are supplier-stated reference figures, not appraisals or valuations, and they are not a forecast of what you will sell an item for.

Do you sell mystery boxes or graded 'guaranteed working' loads?

No. We do not sell mystery boxes and we never describe a load as guaranteed working merchandise. Condition is stated as overstock, shelf-pulls, customer returns or salvage.

Can I buy a single pallet?

Yes. There is no minimum order beyond one pallet, and no licence or resale certificate is required to buy — though a valid resale certificate may exempt your order from sales tax where your state allows it.

Where does the freight ship from?

All loads dispatch from our warehouse at 4820 Cove Industrial Blvd, Dallas, TX 75236. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and offer free pickup at our dock by appointment.
