Effective January 1, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
PalletCove Liquidation LLC ("PalletCove", "we", "us") operates PalletCove Liquidation and this website. We are headquartered at 4820 Cove Industrial Blvd, Dallas, TX 75236. This policy applies to information we collect through this site, by phone, by email and in the course of fulfilling wholesale orders.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, business name, email address, phone number and password credentials when you create a buyer account.
- Order and shipping information — delivery address, dock or liftgate requirements, resale certificates, purchase orders and order history.
- Payment information — processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.
- Usage information — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring source.
- Communications — messages you send through contact, quote, sell-to-us and support forms, and any attachments you provide.
How we use your information
- To process orders, quote freight, issue invoices and arrange delivery.
- To verify resale certificates and apply tax-exempt status where applicable.
- To provide customer support and resolve shortage or damage claims.
- To send transactional email such as order confirmations, bills of lading and tracking.
- To send marketing email about new loads, but only where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To detect fraud, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance (fulfilling your order), legitimate interests (securing our platform and improving our service), consent (marketing email and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to deliver our service: payment processors, freight carriers and brokers, cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery services and analytics providers. Each is bound by contract to protect your data and use it only for the service they provide us. We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, cart persistence and security, plus analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Data retention
Order, invoice and tax records are retained for a minimum of seven years to satisfy accounting and tax obligations. Account data is retained while your account is active and for two years afterward. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted using TLS. Access to buyer records is restricted to authorised staff, database access is controlled by row-level security policies, and payment credentials are handled exclusively by our processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our controls regularly.
Your rights
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion, subject to records we must retain by law.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- For California residents: request disclosure of categories collected and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children
This is a business-to-business wholesale site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
