We aim to make PalletCove Liquidation usable by people with different abilities and assistive technologies. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a design and improvement target, not a claim that the entire website has been independently certified or fully conforms. Our approach includes descriptive page titles, headings, labeled controls, keyboard-operable links and forms, readable text and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Accessibility is an ongoing task; we do not claim every feature has been tested with every browser or screen reader.

We aim to respect reduced-motion preferences and avoid relying solely on animation or color to communicate essential information. Product photographs and images can require additional explanation. Ask our team for a text description of a load or clarification of condition information when the image is not sufficient.

PDF lot summaries, invoices and third-party services may have limitations for assistive technology. We do not claim all PDFs are tagged or certified accessible. Request the information in email or another practical readable format. Maps and external payment pages are controlled by their providers; tell us if they prevent you from completing a task so we can discuss an alternative.

Include the affected page or document, the task you were trying to complete, a description of the problem, and your preferred way to receive help. Browser or assistive-technology details are useful if you choose to provide them; you do not need to disclose a medical condition.

We review accessibility feedback and discuss assistance or an alternative way to obtain the information. Resolution time depends on the issue and whether a third-party service is involved; we do not promise every reported barrier can be corrected within a fixed period.
